Villa Avellino

Situated on the promontory that dominates the Pozzuoli coastline, Villa Avellino, a residence deep in history, has a unique view over the Gulf of Naples and the islands of Capri, Ischia, Nisida and Procida. Close to the best known archaeological sites in Campania, Villa Avellino was built in 1540 by the Colonna di Stigliano family and, following various changes in ownership, in 1836 was sold to archaeologist Francesco Maria Avellino, who gave the building its new name. At this important historical residence, where restoration work was completed in 2011, 60 Carisma fan coils have been installed, advanced units in terms of design, performance, low noise, energy consumption and functions.
