The InoxSabiana 25 series is the result of an innovative constructional design aimed at achieving a high quality product, versatility and ease of assembly. The choice of the materials, the use of the latest construction techniques, the care paid to every accessory, the conformity with the European EN 1856-1 standard, the continuous checks on the products and the production process, and the quality mark issued by the prestigious Italian Institute IMQ, guarantee the absolute reliability of the Sabiana flues. 
The inner wall is made from AISI 316L stainless steel, 0.5 mm thick, while the outer wall is made from AISI 304 stainless steel, 0.5 mm thick, or alternatively copper, 0.6 mm thick. The insulation is rock wool, with a minimum density of 90 kg/m3, 25 mm thick. 
Longitudinal microplasma welding is used on both the inner and outer wall on each element, while the 90° T sections, flue gas monitoring and inspection module are made using the deep drawing process, thus avoiding welding. All the non-insulated elements are made from AISI 304 stainless steel (aluminium adjustable flashing and storm collar). In addition, the use of an innovative fastening system means that the thermal bridge between the inner and outer wall is reduced to the minimum. 
The InoxSabiana 25 series includes 8 different inside diameters (from 100 to 350 mm) and a complete series of accessories for solving all problems relating to the discharge of the flue gas from heat generators.

InoxMono

The InoxMono series has been designed to offer the maximum guarantee of safety and long life in the discharge of flue gas from heat generators. The choice of the materials, the use of the latest construction techniques, the care paid to every accessory, the continuous checks on the products and the production process, guarantee the absolute reliability of the Sabiana flues. 
Each element in contact with the flue gas is made from AISI 316L stainless steel, 0.5 mm thick, with longitudinal microplasma welding. All the support and fastening elements are made from AISI 304 stainless steel (aluminium adjustable flashing and storm collar). 
The male and the female ends of each element are made together using the same belling machine, so as to ensure perfect coupling, with a minimum tolerance of +/- 0.4 mm. 
The InoxMono series includes 11 different inside diameters (from 80 to 300 mm) and a complete series of accessories for satisfying all installation requirements.  La serie InoxMono comprende 11 differenti diametri interni (da 80 a 300 mm) ed una serie completa di accessori, in grado di soddisfare ogni tipo di esigenza di installazione.
Duoflex

Duoflex

The Duoflex series flexible ducts are a system designed specifically for the renovation of old degraded flues. This system, being flexible, ensures easy tubing operations, even if the vertical path is not regular. The Sabiana Duoflex pipes are made from AISI 316 L stainless steel, with two layers: the outer layer is corrugated section that as well as strengthening the structure, acts as a heat sink, while the inner layer is smooth and therefore offers very low resistance to the flow of flue gas and, at the same time, allows any condensate to run back down. 
The Duoflex series includes 11 different inside diameters (from 80 to 300 mm) and a complete series of fittings for connection to the Sabiana InoxMono series elements. 
InoxSabiana GE

InoxSabiana GE

InoxSabiana GE 25 and 50 series is the result of an innovative design aimed to obtain a high quality, versatile and easy to assembly product. The choice of materials, use of the advanced construction techniques, the care paid to each accessory, European standard 305/2011 compliant, the continuous product and production process control assure absolute reliability of the Sabiana Flues. Stainless Steel AISI 316L inner wall is 0,5 and 0,6 mm thick, while outer wall is made of Stainless Steel 0,5 mm thick or alternatively copper, 0,6 mm thick. Assembly between elements is executed by quick –fit type flange with a nipple: the mechanical seal is achieved by “Vee” bend on the inner wall of the flue system. The insulation is rock wool with minimum density of 90 kg/m3 or needled rock wool 25 and 50 mm thick.
The longitudinal welding of the inner and outer wall of each element is microplasma while the 90 ° tee is achieved through a deep drawing process that avoids the welds. All non-insulated elements are in stainless steel AISI 304 (aluminum adjustable flashing and storm collar). Moreover, thanks to the implementation of an innovative fixing system , the thermal bridge between inner and outer wall is reduced to a minimum.
InoxSabiana GE 25 and 50 series includes 11 different internal diameters ( from 150 to 600 mm ) and a full set of accessories , able to solve any problem related to the evacuation of the flue gases of the generators , co-generators , internal combustion engines and turbines .
