The ZEUS ECM fan coil units are designed for the cooling and heating of both civil and industrial environments. Available in 6 horizontal models and 6 vertical models, they offer airflows ranging from 5,000 to 25,000 m³/h, heating capacities from 32 to 260 kW, and cooling capacities from 17 to 160 kW.
The ZEUS ECM units are constructed with a supporting frame made of extruded aluminum profiles and double-walled panels with polyurethane foam insulation. This design ensures high safety standards in case of fire, with excellent sound attenuation and thermal insulation, minimizing heat loss to the exterior. The internal panels are made of galvanized sheet metal, while the external panels are made of pre-painted galvanized sheet metal in white.
Each unit can be easily disassembled and reassembled on site, allowing for the modification of airflow directions according to specific needs. The special construction allows for easy inspection and removal of the heat exchange coils and the fan assembly, facilitating maintenance.
The units are equipped with Plug-Fan ECM fans with high-efficiency synchronous motors. The backward-curved impellers minimize fluid dynamic losses, enabling the units to achieve useful static pressures up to 1000 Pa, ideal for complex multi-zone applications.
