Opera Towers

Situated in the centre of the new Pescara university-law court complex, Opera is a residential and office tower block consisting of four structures of different heights, known as petals. The tallest is 54 metres high and offers all-round views: over the sea, the Maiella massif and the Gran Sasso. This advanced complex was designed by multifaceted architect Mario Botta using high quality materials, superior finishes, cutting-edge technological systems and building automation solutions. This important construction has been equipped with 5,000 metres of Omniplast flues, suitable for discharging the low temperature combustion gases produced by condensing boilers. They are made from PPs - special polypropylene -  a highly technological and completely fire-safe plastic.
