Fondazione Prada

The new Milan headquarters of Fondazione Prada is an extraordinary space, designed by Rem Koolhaas' architectural firm OMA.
Its architectural configuration combines pre-existing buildings with three new constructions (Podium, Cinema and Torre) and is the result of the transformation of a distillery dating back to the first decade of the 1900s, situated in Largo Isarco, in the south of the city. The complex covers a total area of almost 20,000 square metres, 11,000 of which as used as exhibition spaces.
The new centre also has two spaces that are the result of special partnerships: an educational area for children developed together with students from the École Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture de Versailles, and a bar conceived by film director Wes Anderson, re-creating the typical atmosphere of a Milan coffee house. An extraordinary space and a complex project, in which the famous fashion brand wanted only the best.
Sabiana was asked to guarantee the technological level and aesthetic quality of all the air-conditioning units throughout the complex.

Whoops, looks like something went wrong.
