SABIANA JOINS MIDEA GROUP

Effective February 26, 2025, Sabiana S.p.A. and the other companies within the Arbonia Climate division, including arbonia radiatori, Kermi, and Vasco, have joined the Midea Group, one of the global leaders in the HVAC industry, boasting a turnover exceeding 50 billion euros and an established presence in over 200 countries.

Following this operation, Sabiana S.p.A. will become part of the newly formed Midea Building Technologies Climate (MBT Climate) division, where Clivet S.p.A. is already present. From today, two major Italian companies will collaborate to develop outstanding sustainable climate control solutions for all types of buildings. This new structure represents a significant opportunity to strengthen our presence in international markets and continue our commitment to innovation, air quality, and energy efficiency.

Sabiana will maintain its identity and autonomy, continuing to produce in Italy and to offer its customers the quality and reliability that have always distinguished our products and services. This new path will allow us to fully leverage our know-how by integrating it with the skills and technologies of the Group.
