The Biodiversity Garden, the feather in Sabiana’s cap, is in the news.
Two months after its inauguration and opening to the public, the Biodiversity Garden, new section of Padua’s Botanical Gardens, still attracts the media’s attention and will be one of the peak achievements showcased at the Italy Pavilion of Expo 2015.
The prestige and quality of Sabiana products have been selected for air conditioning of the entire hothouse building with Helios and Comfort air heaters, constructed according to criteria of sturdiness and safety and with a keen eye for design as always.

Unlock Italy Decree, VAT cut to 4% for renovations.
The Unlock Italy Decree landed yesterday at the House for general discussion and examination is in full swing today.
The highlights of measures modified at the Parliament’s Environment Commission include a VAT cut from 10% to 4% for building renovation works.
Renovation works – which already profit from the "ecobonus" pending confirmation for 2015 too, with the Stability Law (50% tax credits for building renovation and 65% for energy efficiency improvement) – will be subject to the 4% VAT rate. To offset the lower collections, a reverse VAT increase is planned (from 4% to 10%) on purchases of new buildings directly from the construction company.
In addition to the VAT rate decrease on renovations, IRPEF (personal income tax) also helps the estate market: the 20% IRPEF deduction on the expense for purchasing a home is no longer subject to lease of the property at regulated rent for 8 years.

The first seasonal illnesses are here, worsened by the “stale” air shared in public spaces. It is time to switch to the filtered air by Sabiana’s Crystall.
This month, the prestigious journal The Lancet Respiratory Medicine has published a new article on the topic of domestic pollution, highlighting the need to breathe clean air in enclosed places and describing in detail the elements that contribute to indoor air pollution.
The Lancet reports some good news – improving indoor air quality is possible and assures huge health advantages. “Awareness of the threat is the first step,” installing a Crystall filter to solve the problem is the second.

The Padua Botanical Garden has inaugurated the Biodiversity Garden, air-conditioned by Sabiana
After over 450 years, the oldest scientific garden in the world has been renovated, with a project seeking to enhance the existing part and a 15 thousand square metre extension, with five glass and steel greenhouses located within a 100 metre-long glass and steel gallery.
Each glasshouse is the perfect reproduction of a climatic region of the plant, from the warmest and most fertile to the most extreme. Thanks to technology, the glasshouses have their own life, as a matter of fact “the building with the glasshouses also behaves like a plant. In other words, it purifies air, generates energy and holds water,” says architect Giorgio Strapazzon of the firm VS Associati, which developed the project for the new Botanical Garden.
For air conditioning of the whole glasshouse building, the firm VS Associati has opted for the prestige and quality of products made by Sabiana, which supplied its Helios and Comfort air heaters, constructed according to criteria of sturdiness and safety and with a keen eye for design as always.
