Funding for school buildings: now is the time to switch to Pulsar by Sabiana
The resources to upgrade school buildings are finally available.
For 2014 and 2015, 122 million Euro a year should be excluded from the Stability Pact of Municipalities that will undertake operations for upgrading and improving safety of school buildings. The provision is included in the Draft LD on the Spending review approved by the Council of Ministers on Friday, April 18. A great opportunity, to finally have safe and welcoming schools. First and foremost, heating systems, which are often obsolete, energy-guzzling and unsafe in all respects. The solution put forth by Sabiana in this connection is Pulsar, a metal ceiling radiant panel with extremely low inertia that perfectly integrates into 60x60 cm false ceilings (but can also be installed exposed) and that solves all issues to do with safety (ceiling installation), hygiene (no dirt build up on surfaces, easily disinfected), maintenance (easy access and detection of any leaks). A solution with low implementation costs that allows the rooms to be heated with the utmost comfort yet with extremely low thermal inertia, for quickly bringing the premises to the set temperature. Pulsar may be paired with traditional high temperature thermal power plants, as well as with condensation boilers and heat pumps. Text of draft spending review
