Energy Plus
The high-performance heat recovery units of the Energy Plus series units have been designed to allow you to save energy in the ventilation systems of public and private premises, such as bars, restaurants, offices, shops, etc. They allow you to recover heat from the exhaust air and transfer it to the air introduced into the environment. The heat exchange between the exhaust air and the intake air takes place through a static heat exchanger with countercurrent flow, sized to obtain a heat recovery up to 94%. The Energy Plus series includes 4 sizes suitable for horizontal installation and covers a range of flow rates from 300 to 2600 m3/h. The units are available both in the version for installation on ceilings and the floor-mounted version. The Energy Plus units are ERP 2018 and therefore comply with the regulatory requirements of the European Ecodesign Directive (EU Regulation 1253/14). The checks are related to both heat recovery energy performance and the intrinsic energy consumption parameter SFPint in the nominal conditions declared by the manufacturer.
Energy Smart
The Sabiana Energy Smart units are high efficiency ventilation units with heat recovery and are designed for residential applications. The units replace the stuffy air of indoor environments with filtered air coming from the outside thanks to a special F7 class microfilter. The hexagonal counterflow heat recovery unit avoids any winter heat losses due to the introduction of fresh air, thereby recovering up to 91% of the extraction heat and conveying it towards the incoming fresh air provided in the occupied room. Moreover, each unit is fitted with a medium efficiency filter (M5) installed at the extraction air inlet in order to avoid any duct infiltration inside the equipment. All Energy Smart units comply with the 2018 efficiency limits imposed by Regulation 1253/14. As well as the type of installation, the range can also be classified based on the type of control: • Pro unit with automatic centralised control with humidity probe: ENY-SP (vertical) ENY-SHP (horizontal) • Standard unit with time programming control: ENY-S (vertical)
Energy Easy
Energy Easy is the compact decentralized ventilation system with heat recovery. The units are suitable for the controlled ventilation of residential buildings, representing a valid alternative to the conventional centralized ventilation system if the spaces where the air distribution ducts are not available. Installation is simple and flexible, which makes these units suitable for installation not only in new buildings but also in the renovation of existing buildings.
Energy Plus V
The Vertical Energy Plus units are all outdoor air and are designed to ensure almost absolute separation of delivery and extraction flows and maximum heat recovery,
thanks to the use of counter-current static heat exchangers with aluminum plates.
The Vertical Energy Plus series includes 4 constructive sizes, suitable for floor-to-wall installation, and covers a range of flow rates from 1100 to 3850 m³ / h.
Energy VAV
Variable air flow controllers (VAV) are compact devices with which, through the use of flow rate control dampers, supply and extract air is distributed and partialised in each room according to requirements.
The air flow rate can be adjusted, via the on-board control or via remote control, according to the user's needs.
It is also possible to adjust the air flow rate according to the humidity of the rooms.
The Energy VAV units can be coupled to the ENY-SIL silencer box, which is able to significantly limit the level of noise emitted into the environment, improving acoustic comfort.
The ENY-SIL silencer box guarantees maximum installation flexibility. The accessory can be connected directly to the ENY-VAV controller or freely placed in the system.
