This new U-shaped building, designed with a green focus, is situated in the commercial heart of Warsaw. It covers an area of around 33,000 m2, with parking for 869 cars and 4,500 m2 of office space. Tenants include some famous names: Unilever, Kraft Foods, Teva Pharmaceuticals and MTV. We were asked to deal with the indoor comfort in this prestigious office block: 273 Futura fan coils are now operating, combining an innovative design with the traditional reliability and low noise of our products.
